Bradley N. Schulz is a trial lawyer licensed in North Carolina, New York and New Jersey, whose practice includes Divorce and Family Law, Commercial and Insurance Litigation, Construction Claims, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Workers' Compensation, and appeals to the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court.
Mr. Schulz is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the New York School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the New York State Bar, the New Jersey State Bar, American Bar Association, NY Bar Association, NJ Bar Association, NC Bar Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (formerly the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers) and most recently, Mr. Schulz was elected to the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA).
Mr. Schulz is also an avid hunter and outdoorsman. A standing member of Ducks Unlimited, he is very active in waterfowl conservation projects. In his spare time, he runs licensed field trials and hunt tests with his Labrador Retrievers and Boykin Spaniel.
